Glass dead end on the road to reconstruction

To purchase the glass for this tower, an order was placed and we had to import it. We also secured the required foreign exchange entirely from foreign sources and at our own expense. However, for the process of importing the glass for the war-torn building, "an order had to be registered," and we spent weeks dealing with the receipt of the order registration and its faulty systems and bureaucracy.

Now they say, "You have to get a foreign exchange allocation." When we explained that we have no need for government currency and that we have provided the currency ourselves, they replied, "It is not possible, you have to wait for the Central Bank code."

This means we have to wait months for a foreign exchange allocation that we never requested, just so we can use our own money to repair the damaged building. We regretted it and closed the file.

This is the same impasse that the central bank's wrong policies and its incompetent managers have created across the country, driving the economy step by step towards destruction. They will soon bring the president to his knees.
