In the name of Allah, the Merciful
Of the believers, let us be righteous. بدَّلوا تَ ْبدي ًلا
Peace be upon the glorious soul of the late Imam, the founder of the holy system of the Islamic Republic of Iran;
Greetings to the wise and wise leader of the revolution, the guide of the ship of the revolution in fierce storms, His Highness the Grand Ayatollah Khamenei;
Greetings to the rosy martyrs of the Islamic shroud, from the martyrs of the revolution to the martyrs of the sacred defense, the martyrs of service and the martyrs of health, and especially the oppressed martyrs of the resistance and the defenders of the holy shrine in all Islamic countries.
May God's endless peace and blessings be upon the master of the resistance martyrs, the symbol of resistance against the oppressors, the embodiment of the fierceness against the infidels and the mercy among them, the loyal, obedient and true friend of the great leader of the revolution, the glorious commander of Islam, the martyr General Hajj Qassem Soleimani.
The Eleventh Parliament begins its work at a critical juncture in the history of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, at the beginning of its second forty-year step, and while the Islamic Republic is facing a set of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, with empathy and unity among the people's representatives, to solve their problems.
A broad look at the past forty years and the current position of the Islamic Republic shows that despite its functional and behavioral weaknesses and unresolved shortcomings, it has been able to take its first strong and powerful step. It is an undeniable fact that the Islamic Republic has stood firm and resisted the enemy's widespread attacks in all military, political, economic, international, security and cultural fields, without retreating even a little from its main ideals. The Islamic regime has continued on its path at strategic levels, stronger day by day than in the past, and today, as an important regional power, it has become an influential and influential actor in the international arena.
