I am issuing this public clarification in response to false and misleading claims attributed to Yeganeh Torbati, a #WashingtonPost reporter covering Turkey and Iran.
She has circulated allegations claiming that I allegedly transferred “one billion USDT” to the IRGC through the exchanges Zedcex and Zedxion. 
This allegation is entirely false, fabricated, and without any factual or evidentiary basis. No such transfer directly or indirectly has ever occurred.
The dissemination of such unverified accusations has caused serious reputational and economic harm. 
My legal team is preparing coordinated legal actions in multiple jurisdictions. This matter will be pursued through lawful international mechanisms, including cooperation with relevant authorities and Interpol channels, to ensure accountability before competent courts.
Journalism must be grounded in facts and evidence not misinformation, pressure, or intimidation. 
The truth will be established through legal and transparent judicial processes.
